Up, down, up, down… the variations in 2CV sales in 1964 spurs a search for a more modern alternative. Pierre Bercot, Citroën's Managing Director, launches the project of the more elegant Dyane. Alongside its large sister, it enjoys a fine career up until 1983, prolonged by a few years by the Acadiane.
